Skill Test and Documents Verification
The Directorate of Health Services, Assam will publish a merit list for 907 posts of Grade-III (Technical) on 18th April 2023. The merit list has been prepared for this post on the basis of the written examination held on 29th May 2022. The applicants whose roll number will be on that merit list will have to participate in the Skill Test and Documents Verification. The skill test and document verification will be done on 24, 25 and 26 April 2023.
The time and venue for appearing in the Skill Test and Document Verification along with other instructions, including the list of documents to be submitted shall also be notified in the notice. Candidates are directed to bring all relevant documents (in original) and a set of Photocopies to be submitted at the time of appearing in the Skill Test and Document Verification process.
Appointment Letter Distribution
At the same press meeting, the chief minister of Assam confirms that the distribution of appointment letters for the total 51,397 posts including the 2720 posts of DHS will be done on any date between 10th May to 20th May 2023 at Guwahati. The exact venue and date will be notified along with the result declaration notice to be issued in May 2023. A total 2720 candidates will be shortlisted for the DHS technical Posts. The Authority had conducted the Examination 29th May 2022, 22nd January 2023, and 12th February 2023. DHS Cut Off Marks 2023
In the written examination for Grade 4 and Grade 3 (Non-Technical) posts a total number of 50 objective questions, each of 2 marks were asked from General Knowledge, English, Science and Mathematics. Candidates must know that the weightage of the Paper was of 100 marks, cut off marks for both posts in DHS, DME, Ayush and DHSFW is going to be different from one another for each category candidates.
Aspirants will be able to check the cut off marks for General, Other Backward Class, Schedule Tribes, Schedule Tribes and Economically Weaker Section for Grade 3 and 4 posts by downloading the merit list of qualified candidates, it is estimated that cut off marks for General category candidates for both posts can be between 63 to 67 marks.
DHS Merit List 2023
Second stage of the selection process for Grade 3 and Grade 4 is document verification, candidates who will be able to secure at least cut off marks in the written exam will be shortlisted in the merit list of qualified candidates. Those who will be able to make their place in the DHS Assam merit list will have to appear in the document verification, date for which will be released officially after the result publication, once the documentation process will be completed the final selection list of candidates will be made public.
